After clicking the Show forms button, forms added to the system will be visible.

The list of all available forms is shown on the left side of the panel. After selecting any of them, its preview will be visible on the right side of the window. From here you can go to the Forms Printing Panel and see the completed form. Under the ⓘ button in the upper right corner is information about the author of the survey and the date of its creation and the number of completed.
