IC Pen 2 Survey Editor is a tool for creating new forms for the IC Pen system based on standard PDF files. The picture below shows the login screen, which is the default start screen of the application. To access the application, enter the following access data: Client, Login and Password, and select the desired application language. Access data is identical to the IC Pen Client client application.
